At risk of jinxing it, we're 76-0 from 21 overs... Also, I liked this: "If you turn the first 'n' in Ponting upside down, you get 'pouting'. Just thought you'd like to know that." ;D

126-0 at lunch! Strauss on 47, Cook on 67 - probably means that Cook's gonna fall within his next 20 runs, but frankly I can take that! Johnson's becoming England's plaything - 53-0 off eight overs! No prizes for guessing whose number's up when Brett Lee returns...

Ah - there we go. Cook falls just short of a century - it's definitely England out there ;D

Just a little Well done Strauss, though - a proper captain's innings, and the highest score of the series so far, I believe!

Having read up on just how abject that collapse was, I can only begin to imagine how livid Strauss and Cook must be inside, after all their hard work. Just needed one - one - of the other specialist batsmen to stick around, and we'd have been off to a flyer. As it stands, we've got what I expect is an okay score, but we're again depending on the tail to make it a good score.
And there isn't even a Monty around this time!

After the collapse continued where it left off, a last-wicket stand of 47 (hooray for the tail! ) leaves England on a total of 425. At time of writing, Aussies are 31-2

P.S. I was right about needing the tail to make it a good score
