I think it would be worse to be cheated on for a one night stand. If the other person had fallen in love with someone else then it would be out of my control, but to be cheated on callously because they just could do it then I think that it worse. Yeah you may have a point but then there is what Spozz said there about feeling "why the other person? what's better about them? what's wrong with me?" etc... Again it's not about them being better just more compatible I would have thought.

Ok so what constitutes cheating? Intercourse and fellatio/cunnilingus really? I'd start classifying cheating well before that

i think you can love numerous people equally..... but, in my opinion, if you are truely in love (ie true love) with someone, you'd never risk their feels by pursuing an affection for anybody else. what if both relationships kind of happen in tandum, or one develops almost without you noticing (and that can happen)? it has happened to me a mature person would choice one of the two people.

Why are you asking Laura?! Free Love Shippers.... but no, just fucking hell no... My point before was that if your partner had fallen in love with someone else it should come out of the blue because there would be some deterioration of your own relationship, unless.....it is possible to love 2 people at once!

a mature person would choice one of the two people. really? You love two people equally and yet are able to make a choice? Doesn't sound equal to me.

is that no to the possibilty, or no to the thought of me being involved in free love? It's "Free Love doesn't appeal to the Jules" I appreciate that in that sentance it was entirely necessary to refer to yourself in the third person

Yeah I see what you mean. I don't believe you can love (properly speaking) two people at once. Of course you can desire two people at once... lot of greedy people out there! ;D
