I didn't enjoy it really I enjoyed the warm up of 17 pints but the acctually Hurling bit was a let down and you feel like shit the next day but every weekend I apply my self to the challenge of extreme hurling

only if you've never played it, 15 men on a team each with a stick, occasionaly the hurley gets broken off a leg or hand or head......
depends what county you're from, some are skillful, others just hack..

i wouldn't know the difference? Sorry, just saw this.... hurling is played by men, 15 a side camoige is played by women, 13 a side, shorter pitch same game though basically

it's like League and union then... accept both of them are played by men... and women... but never mixed...

we were playing boys and girls though... they decided they were introducing their "english cousins" to the game

used plat hockey with my sister out the back, i used a hurley though, but she always won, but is 8 years older!
