20,000 posts in the bag! That's 10k for each season I've been on the boards. Seems a long time since I first appeared on here to moan about the incompetence of Kevin Blackwell.......and we'd actually won that day!! ;D Anyway, I gave consdieration to making this one of those typical landmark parties where people give their thoughts on each other, but thought once the daytimers had finished with me I'd be booking an appointment with a psychologist! So an alternative theme; the Olympics open today so let's have your proudest sporting moments. Mine was at a primary school sports day when I completed the 'dream double' by winning both the sack race and egg and spoon race, indeed only a trip denied me a shot in the sprint finish at the end of the obstacle course too! Beat that!! ;D Exalted Trav - top fella!! I came runner up in the UK open Badminton Doubles finals in Telford when i was 16 - which ranked me and my doubles partner 3rd in the UK - but i was much prouder winning the 3 legged race with Jackie Dixon (who i fancied) at primary school! ;D Badminton is for girls ;D Nah only joking I was pretty good at badminton because I was taller than almost anyone I played I had a much better reach and was really quick, had fairly good recations as a kid, used to play in goal when I was a youngster.

Badminton is the most physically demanding racket sport there is - its fucking knackering!! Tis a good sport, but i havent lifted a racket in 11 years!

Went last Thursday, fairly quietly, as you do! Well yes. I can't run, jump or do anything else. Oh, I've thought of one! I won a shot put tournament when I was in year 8. That was fun.

Well done and congrats to you Trav for the 20k I'd say my most proudest sporting moment was representing England schoolboys at national level (football). Though a curling free kick to win a tournament in Garston back in the day would be up there!
