As the original thread has reached the dizzy heights of 105 pages - and therefore a crash is probably imminent - I thought it best to lock it and just leave it up in case anyone wants to use it for reference. So let's start again! Btw, watched Mean Girls again last night. Essentially very similar thematically to Clueless, albeit with the motivations and personalities of the main characters reversed. Not as good as I remembered. 6/10

Someone at an old job was selling off some DVDs so I got it for a couple of quid - and soon got shut of it The Football Factory, while not brilliant and still morally dubious is a better watch I reckon. There is a new 'Hooli-film' out I think, about Cass Pennant.

Tonight I will be watching 'Oh Brother Where Art Thou' which I just picked up in HMV for 3 quid Maybe it's just me, because I love most of the Coen's stuff, but much as I've tried I've never really taken that film to my heart........most people have though, so it probably is just me. I'm going to see 'The Dark Knight' shortly, then if I'm in the mood I've got 'There Will Be Blood' through my door today to watch. I'm expecting big things from that un!

There is a new 'Hooli-film' out I think, about Cass Pennant. The point I was making was that even though the Football Factory is still poor (no more than 4 / 5 at a push) it is still a lot more watchable than Green Street. That said the end is liberally ripped off from American History X. I haven't seen The Firm, ID or any others. Apart from 'The Firm' I can't really say I know of any really decent films on the subject. I won't be holding my breath for the next one.

Actually I.D. is good too, even if it's got the young bloke from 'Home To Roost' in it! ;D

Scream 2 was the last film i watched albeit not all the way through, i got to the bit where Tim Olyphant got revealed as the killer then fell asleep, but its a decent slasher flick probably as good as the 1st. the characters are good and i like all of the actors and actresses (except maybe David Arquette he does slightly annoy), the storyline of the copycat killer and the film in a film concept is well done i'll give it 8/10
