YANK? AUSSIE? He's pure Southampton, born and bred! He's a saints legend but a Twat none the less LOL! Still think he sounded a prick though! Yer he used to do the speaking in the suite that my Grandpa used to go in but for some unknown reason became the announcer. The first time I saw him I was proper embarrased. He was trying to make some joke bout golf in some foreign country but got booed by the opposition ;D

luton town - kenilworth road
For once, i had a nice short away journey to make, just a couple of hours on the coach. My first impressions of the area were slightly suprising, however the stadium itself wasnt so bad on first look. It had a nice family feel about the place and the toilets werent actually that bad, the steps down the aisles however were insanely shallow and i almost fell down the lot. the food was cheap and reasonably good and i liked the compactness of the stadium. a good atmopshere could be created due to the logistics of the stadium which made for cracking noise. one bad point was the fact i couldnt see the right corner of the pitch, also the leg room was a little tight... this wasnt so bad as i was stood up for the whole game but was a little annoying when trying to jump and down celebrating our two goals. on the whole i enjoyed my visit to a real ground and would give it a 7/10

Norwich City = Carrow Road
i thought it was slightly strange how the location of carrow road was almost hidden away so to speak, looking quite small from the outside, however, upon entry to the ground you see a rather aesthetically pleasing stadium, the bright yellow and green seats feel almost welcoming and it makes for a good day. one weird thing is that the size of the stands are all different heights, this is slightly odd and with the stand opposite the away fans so low... you get the glare of the sun in your eyes throughout the game. i didnt really notice the legroom so that must be a good thing and the toilets and concourse were sufficently clean and spacious, however the main dissapointment was the severe lack of noise from the home fans, this made for a slightly drab atmosphere. the stadium overall though is quite nice and feels rather homely and it was a good day out, i'd give it 7/10

I would agree with that. And they did Haribo when I went, nice touch. ;d yes, when one of our fans got his moobs out after we scored, he recieved a little stick from a few norwich fans, so he picked up his bag of haribo and waved it around and then pointed at his moobs, the norwich fans had no answer to that really.

They were loud last week, although they would be to be honest. That's why I didn't write a report about it, because I thought it wouldn't give a fair representation of the actual atmosphere. Afterall, it was an East Anglian Derby!

Pride Park Good- Friendly Stewards, who didn't once ask us to sit down. The police had a sense of humour, which makes a change. Legroom was good compared to the kop at ER. The Derby supporters were very friendly and welcoming pre-match. The food/drink was cheaper than most grounds. The concourse/toilets were a good size for the number of fans. Had some great banter with the Derby fans to our Left during the match The area around the ground was alright, and as is Derby itself Bad- 1500 is a shite allocation- my main moan! The ground is a bit boring and lacking in soul, the black seats and the undisguiesd concrete doesn't help. The police were OTT, loads of 'em, and they brought police dogs out at the end of the game, yet there were none outside of the stand at the end of the game when they were most needed, due to some gobshites mouthing off/threatening people. They stopped serving at KO too. The most dissapointing thing for me was the lack of an atmosphere from the home fans. 31000 - last game of the season, and they couldnt outsing a tiny allocation. Very poor, and only the fans to either side of us got singing at all. 6/10 bit dissapointing really.

I thought the banter and singing between fans was great last night but you may have meant something else! i cant comment oin the food service cos its good in the home ends!

I was talking to my old man the other day and he was telling me about that game. He actually said he was put off going Millwall for a couple of years due to the crowd trouble at that match. I presume i'm talking about the same match as you...
