That'll only be because we're the only club left at this level that he hasn't yet played for.

I'm not winding you lot up, but on a QPR messageboard it says the new manager or head scout or whoever signs our players likes Peter Halmosi and will most probably bid in January, no idea how true that is mind you, to be taken with a great big dollop of Salt!!

Defo seems to be a target now, apparently has same agent as Buzsaky. Rumours of about 600K flying around though I do not know how true this is...

If Buzsaky was worth 500k Halmosi should be about 2 million! We'd be a bit lost without him too... I told you before taht I had it on reasonable information that he was off to you lot in Jan The process of not hanging on to our good players begins...?

I told you before taht I had it on reasonable information that he was off to you lot in Jan The process of not hanging on to our good players begins...? I dunno why, but as a QPR fan I do feel kinda strangely guilty because it's happened to us so many times in the past where our best players have been sold for next to nothing. Let's put it this way: QPR are after a left winger in january and this left winger is widely believed as being one of these four: Lee Cook Hogan Ephraim Scott Sinclair(Won't happen!!) Peter Halmosi West Ham don't seem to want to sell Hogan, Sinclair won't sign, and Cook is injured at the moment.. it leaves Halmosi who is in good form, knows the League fairly well and has what I would imagine is a friend? In Buzsaky at QPR already... to me it looks pretty good(well from my perspective anyway).

Its very good from your perspective! No worries about feeling guilty; like someone on here said, Capitalism is killing football, not the likes of you or me.
Halmosi is a good player that very few people know about. He is new to the country and has no real links with the South West beyond a really quite short term link with us. If he goes to QPR he can probably double his salary and experience living in London, plus the idea of playing for a millionaire club with aspirations is not a hard sell. Don't get me wrong, I hope it doesn't happen but i can't help feeling that the writing is on the wall. The two things in our favour, I suspect, are Ian Holloway and our league position. As a player under contract, however, I'd be very disappointed with 600k...
