not necessarily - I think it would be weak if West Brom and Watford were way ahead of the rest - but they aren't so it shows that a lot of other teams (Stoke, Bristol, Hull) are being well managed and getting the best out of their players. Whether any of those 3 would survive in the Prem I don't know - they may notbe able to attract high calibre players, and I'm not sure financially how healthy they are either.

i disagree, billy, WBA, Watford and PARTICULARLY Sheffield United, inspite of having stronger teams than the rest have massively under-performed. you only have to look at the points totals to see the. Bristol City top with 70 points, a goal difference of only 2 with 5 matches left - thats a very poor total, because the reality is they're a poor team. its possible all 3 teams that get promoted this season will be relegated next season by march......

If they had stronger teams they would be at the top? WBA are the Newcaslt of Div 1 - they score loads but let loads in too. If they have stronger squads than the likes of Bristol etc then the managers need to ask themselves why they are not getting the best out of so called "better" players.

look at our squad billy we've woefully under-performed - in large part because of robson. To suggest we've a weaker squad than Bristol is comical, most championship teams have a better squad than Bristol. They're mainly a group of league one players having the seasons of their lives. none of bristol players would make it into our team.

so why are Bristol doing better than everyone else then? I've no doubt that SU have a better squad on paper - but as you just said, it was Robson who f*cked your season up. If you had Phil Browm or Gary Johnson as your coach do you think things would be any different?

If you had Phil Browm or Gary Johnson as your coach do you think things would be any different? oh yes. cos its a weak league, they have a good manager and a settled squad. they'll get hammered every week in the prem. though - they'll make derby look good

It is a weak division,Had one team been consistant throughout the season they'd have won this league easy.
