if you dont mind me doing the premier prediction league thingy, i was thinking of ways to keep it lively thruout the season, and so when new folks join they have some chance when joining in.
I thought of splitting the players into 4 divisions, season lengths last between international weekedns or rest weekends, these will be posted clearly when season starts.
all new players could start in the last division non league and after season length approx 4-5 weeks, you get promoted or relegated according to your scores,
this way new members can join in later in the season, and work there way up the leagues.
so pts are awarded each prediction week, and added up thru the season to amass your season score, then reset at the begining of a new season..
it is decided on which devision you are put in, by the three predictions between now and the first rest weekend of sept 2nd..
what yer think.

i prefer doing that, then keeping one season long record, helps if people drop out or join in.

You thought that up in the bath? What on earth made you think of that?!
That sounds cool, but too complicated, if you're up to it though then that's cool. See what admin thinks

See what admin thinks it would be easier to do then keeping one long table of who ever has played thru out the year. as it accounts for people joining and leaving the site.. new members can have something to work for by getting promotion thru the leagues, it is easier then it sounds.

Sounds like a great idea, just make sure you're not putting too much on your plate! ;D if you reckon you can do it though, go for it, sounds great!

Although you jumped the gun, before id actually given you the gig - i think its an excellent idea and seeing as you now have the job, you can pretty much do as you fancy BUT just be wary that if derbyDude does return, its only fair to involve him in the running of the games etc
