Depends whether you walk into Rangers pub wearing a Celtic shirt and speaking in an English accent.

Scousers are scum I will grant you that. I always thought Brummies were quite a friendly bunch (if a little hard to understand) and as I have unfortuantely not been to Sheffield I cant pass judgement

Do they make you laugh Billy? yes, they have done in the past, and I always thought they were friendly enough! Well it must be the accent then because just listening to them makes you want to cause them harm.

Depends whether you walk into Rangers pub wearing a Celtic shirt and speaking in an English accent. The accent alone is a death sentence in some areas
