I work during the day - but to increase productivity and reduce general distractions I've banned my staff (and myself I might add) from this site and similar sites between the hours of 7.30am - 7.00pm! Outside of these hours they're free to browse any non-racist, sexual sites! Though why they can't do at home is beyond me!

Corporate Policy I'm afraid - though as an organisation our HR people do have access to sites such as Facebook and MySpace to vet prospective job applicants!
Certainly know of two instances where the content of said sites and applicant's personal sites have resulted in what would have been successful appointments being rejected.

What company do you work for roaster? I used to work for the NHS, and most sites were filtered their, very annoying when for large periods i was doing nowt

What company do you work for roaster? I used to work for the NHS, and most sites were filtered their, very annoying when for large periods i was doing nowt Local Government - a large Shire County.
