What an end to the match!
On the balance of things, we deserved that. We should've been high and dry before stoppage time, but that's football. Beautiful winner by Pablo, especially after the miss he had had earlier. (His wife was in tears, bless her!)
You'd have thought by the way everyone was celebrating that we'd just won the play-off final or something! It was fantastic, and went some way to erasing my memories of Barnsley away in October.
OK, there are still some areas to patch up. The defence was not at its best today, as Clinton Morrison's opener shows, but the midfield played well (it's really good to have Norris back) in what were quite difficult conditions. And Stern John has finally scored.
Jack Colback had a superb second half, Peters seems to be in decent form at the moment and the Leadbitter/Norris partnership's looking pretty good. We're definitely looking a far, far better side than we were in September.
