Sheffield United's versatile youngster Sam Wedgbury is aiming to tread in the same footsteps as Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker.
Wedgbury signed a new one-year deal with the Blades this week, but next season will head back to play for Hungarian sister club Ferencvaros, who he has just helped win promotion back to the top flight.
The 20-year-old, who can operate as midfielder or central defender, said: "I think this year is a good opportunity for me.
"I'm going back to Ferencvaros, but if I'm doing well enough, hopefully I can come back and put a red and white shirt on - which is my dream.
"The end of last season in Hungary was great - it's a case of so far so good, but I need to improve even more. The likes of Kyle Walker and Kyle Naughton have been given a chance here and I hope to get the same."
Meanwhile, the Blades' Carling Cup first-round tie against Port Vale will be played on Tuesday, August 11 at Bramall Lane (7.45pm).
