Ah, I should've known Mort would be the first to bite! ;D ;D Did I fuck vote for the BNP!!! ;D i knew i wouldn't mind seeing the BNP have an very very very small bit of success, just to shake the political world up, as long as they are promptly crushed in the following years.

so, have we all exercised our democratic right? I voted Labour. Both locally and for the Euro election. One of the few left I should think. In the late 1970s I was a fully paid up member of the Conservative Party, but I will never forgive them for what they did in the 1980s. It's one thing to mess things up through incompetence (as this lot are doing), but it's another thing altogether to embark on policies that deliberately make the lives of millions of people unbearable, which is what I think the Conservatives did.

To be honest, I've no idea what the different policies are for the parties at the moment and am fairly apathetic. If I voted for anyone, it would be Liberals, based on their calls for free uni education (not that that's gonna affect me now ), but I'm from a very Conservative area, so it would simply be a vote wasted. As a result, I told my family not to bother sending my postal voting form onto me as it would simply be binned.

The European election uses a proportional representation system, so your vote would not have been wasted.
