I know - was a bit surprised to read that as well - thought he would have stayed on and his record isn't that bad

For some reason, the fans seemed really short with him; I think he would've been getting tired of that, which might have influenced him.
Sunderland or Newcastle for him, I guess. I know the Geordie fans want The Messiah to stick around, but I really think Strachan would be better for the club.
