He's a dirty cheating scummer, but then so are other players who dive and feign injury. He was just a lot more blatant about it.

Gerrard dived again at the Hawthorns against Olsson.
No such fury ?
The fact is until retrospective punishments are issued courtesy of video panels players will continue to cheat. The prospect of long bans and heavy fines would deter most.

Unconvinced as to whether it was a penalty, but to me it looked like he was simply knocked over by the force of the challenge. |

I don't know. Looked like he was trying to do a front crawl when sprawling to the turf. Just ask Blades fans about Gerrard.  Olsson certainly wasn't pleased. |
