I personally think you're going to win. You've got to end your shitty play-off run sometime and I think this is your best chance. Preston and Reading have pretty poor play off records. I think Preston's is worse than our's. But neither of those sides ended their runs, so why should we? I know we'll lose, probably in some excruciating way not yet dreamed up. I'll be unbearably nervous for days before the game and I'm going to feel utterly miserable for weeks afterwards. Yet still I feel this stupid need to be there, and I'm paying a fortune for the priviledge. The wonders of being a football supporter! Sometimes I curse the day I ever started supporting Sheffield United Football Club. Little did I know I was condeming myself to a lifetime of football angst.

Let's hope it's not another May 26th 2003.
From a completely selfish perspective I want Burnley to win as at least then we won't be finishing 20th next season!

98 quid is a disgrace, no doubt you will get the usual 'real fans would pay anything' bullshit flung at you.
You probably were, I can top that though I posted a status updat just before 5am the other week.

there were cheaper tickets when they first went on sale, but by the time i knew couple of mates of mine could make it, it was just down to the expensive tickets.

For what it's worth, good luck. I don't like SUFC but I'd be happy for them to do it for you
