Striker attracting interest from Championship rivals Last updated: 30th March 2009
A number of Championship sides are courting Bristol City striker Dele Adebola, skysports.com understands.
Adebola is weighing up his options as his current contract at Ashton Gate is due to expire at the end of the season.
The news has alerted a host of clubs to Adebola's possible availability, with the big striker an attractive free agent in the summer.
Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday and Queens Park Rangers are all believed to be leading the chase for the former Crewe man.
City are still hoping to keep Adebola by agreeing a new contract with the 33-year-old, but if no new deal can be agreed sides are waiting in the wings to sign him.

No you only purchase players who are likely to be sent off within 2 matches of arrival. Why would we be after him when we've just loaned Luke Varney. Just rubbish gossip.
