pointing out that the premier is under-managed and therefore liable to make mistakes, so should be restructured..... i'd say thats incise cutting

Morton is right. It does not matter which two clubs are involved. The fact is that the Blunts were dealt an injustice. West Ham broke the rules and the Blunts paid the price.
