Alan Lee has completed his move to Crystal Palace this evening for a reported £600,000, which might rise to £900,000 on appearances.
I think £600,000 for him is brilliant, especially since we signed him for £100,000.
Jim Magilton told the club site: "Alan has been a fantastic servant for this football club, but the time is right to go our separate ways. We wish him every success for the future."
What do you guys think? Who, if anyone, should we get in to replace him, or should Rhodes or even Bowditch be given a chance?

He's a fairly hard working player, not exactly a "prolific" goalscorer, but he'll be up there. Prone to the odd moan/tantrum when things don't go his way, so watch out for that!

And now my home shirt is completely redundant as 1. The sponsor has changed 2. 'LEE' is on the back of my shirt
FFS. Good luck Alan, you had the best part of your career with us and served us well. All the best with Palace.

time for him to go i think. When fit and in the mood, he'll get between 10 - 15 a season i think. Saying that, getting a bit older and perhaps worth cashing in
