No scart socket. I thought ther emust be some kind of conversion cable out there, similar to a scart conversion, with the l/r/v cable going into the scart converter, but nothing for a musical conversion.

just looked at the connection bit..........have you got a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable with it cause by looks of it that should do it, BUT that doesnt look like it will give you propper surround sound. got to be something in the audio option/settings that changes the sound field to get it going out of all the speakers

Right, the five top right hand cables are the five speakers that attach to the main subwoofer, which is what is in the picture. For the subwoofer and one speaker to work, the green ('front') cable is plugged into my iPod. The orange ('center subwoofer') means 2 speakers work, but the subwoofer doesn't. The black ('rear') cable plays nothing! The bottom black ('control') cable, is simply attached to the volume controller, and in this instance, is irrelevant to the problem at hand. To the very bottom left, the light blue thing is my season tickets, and over at the very bottom right, is my iPod. (Just in case you wondered in both cases ) HELP!

Would an earphone splitter or two do the trick?
