Expect a defeat at Blackpool. Wont be in playoffs. Smudger aside .Players were shocking & manager has to go. AS I SAID IN JANUARY.  Hasn't got a clue & rightly deserved the fans villification at the end of the game. He's even got us fighting amongst ourselves. Football not hoofball please. And if miracle of miracles we make a playoff spot its a bye for the opposition. Next season without changes = relegation. Are you Steve McLaren in disguise ? |

Not winning in 13 games losing eight at home & not looking likely to score in a month of Sundays could also be a reason ..... Frankly all of the sides below us are far more deserving to grace the playoffs. Sole reason for going in would be to get £0.5M to payoff some of the rubbish we have at the club. |

Start with Kabba up front I don't know what it is but everyone seems to become rubbish at the Vic ever since Keith Burkinshaw left. Coincidence ? Kabba tries hard but I think he has never recovered from his serious injury. But hey ho AB has a talent for signing misfits.... |

I would rather see some of the kids being given a run out Indi ie Liam Henderson & Theo Robinson. At least they will have hunger. Besides SK is played wide out by AB  ?? Coming to the Vic is like a mystery play. What horrors will we see as you stand up watching in paralysed fascination at a side imploding in on itself. One clear exception being Tommy Smith. Watford legend. We'll forgive the Sunderland episode. |

QED Indi . Robson was terrible as a manager therefore Boothroyd is too. I didn't like some of the abuse directed towards him but he has to go ASAP. Tough decisions need to be made. Besides any investors watching that rubbish today will have scarpered off at lightspeed. Sheffield Steelers v Nottingham Panthers was quite a match four times a season. Pity your current roster is still full of Canadians. Hopefully we will see more British kids in soon. Quite a number playing in collegiate hockey in N.America. Looks promising.  And anyway GS wants to keep the Vic as his personal evil empire. |

some chairman need alot of encourafement to sack a manager - robson had lost our crowd months before he left. if he'd gone early.... lol Steelers v Panthers has got to be the biggest match in British Ice Hockey - Nottingham and Sheffield just don't like each other ;D ... i've not been to a match in years though  |

My current in vogue expression Indi ... no shit Sherlock.. Panthers v Steelers or Devils! GS & AB are bosom buddies so it will take more of the same next season I fear before he is removed ie hovering above the relegation zone in November. There will be huge cuts right across the board plus the stadium redevelopment will be put on hold ...again. Worrying times. Blades are in good hands under Blackwell. If you can keep hold of Beattie it will be a bonus. Martin will be an excellent winger. Got to go. Enjoy the rest of your evening matey. |
