Would be nice if they are here to invest. However forgive my cynicism these overseas investors are in looking for a profit.
Short term gain for long term pain ?
Ashton & co have cocked things up royally. If we are not careful we could end up in the same spot we were before the miracle of 2005/6.
The land is valuable no doubt & is right next to a projected Watford Health Park to provide first rate medical care for NW London.
Ashcroft has not put in a penny in thus far the wanker.
I dont suppose this lot no doubt both being corrupt oligarchs could b eany worse ?
