Notts County 1-0 Wycombe Notts County celebrated their first home win since January thanks to a solitary strike by Junior Mendes. They were made to work hard as wycombe fought to protect their unbeaten start - Anthony Grant went too far and was sent off after two first-half bookings.
By then, Wycombe were already behind after David Pipe cleverly opened up the defence and Mendes slid the ball home.
Mendes failed to convert two further chances while County just scrambled Mike Williamson's touch off the line.
