Grimsby 1-1 Mansfield Teenager Peter Bore came to Grimsby's rescue as the home side took a point. The 18-year-old forward, who scored twice as a substitute on the opening day, headed home an equaliser to mark his first start for his hometown club.
Mansfield had taken the lead early in the second half when a cross found its way to Matty Hamshaw, who rifled home for his third goal of the season.
But on 73 minutes Bore got the better of the Mansfield defence as he headed home off the underside of the bar.
