Blackpool 3-0 Leyton Orient Blackpool eased their struggles with a comfortable win against 10-man Orient. Andy Morrell headed home Ben Burgess' cross midway through the first half and the Seasiders sealed the win late on.
Wes Hoolahan scored from the spot with nine minutes left when Keigan Parker was brought down by Adam Tann, who was shown the red card.
Parker then ended a five-man passing move with a clinical finish from 18 yards to give Simon Grayson's side a much-needed victory.
