....in such a high profile game, during the modern era? I know there was the incident at the last World Cup involving Graham Poll, and as a Leeds fan, our history is blighted by some truly scandalous refereeing performances. But considering the profile of last night's game, the media interest attached to it, and most importantly, both the significance of the decision and the referee's view of the incident......surely there can't be many if any more inexplicably awful decisions as that not to award Hleb a penalty last nght!?  |

did you know that the Dutch ref comes from a town 5 miles from where Kuyt comes from Yes I saw that last night, after Souness and Strachan had stopped bickering. ;D Well at least two of you on the boards will be happy enough......however, being that I'm sick to death of seeing those Scouse twats perenially progressing in Europe on the back of boring us to death and outrageous good fortune, I'm still seething somewhat!  |
