ARSENAL 2007
Going into the weekend: 4th, 63 points - needing only 1 point to clinch CL Football for next season. (all statistics are ahead of this weekend's round of Premiership fixtures)
1. Unbeaten in four Premiership matches. Won two and drawn two since losing 0-1, home to West Ham on 7 April.
2. Scored 59 goals in the top division, at an average of one every 53 minutes. Only Manchester United (78) and Chelsea (60) have scored more.
3. Won five top tier games from losing positions.
4. The Premiership's most dangerous club when behind. Gained 22 points from losing positions - the best recovery rate in the highest League. Won home to Blackburn, Manchester United, Wigan and Bolton, and away to Charlton. Drawn, home to Aston Villa, Middlesbrough, Everton, Newcastle and Portsmouth, and away to Middlesbrough and Tottenham, having trailed in all 12 fixtures.
5. Scored more goals in the last quarter-hour of Premiership matches than any other club - 19.
6. Effectively gained 13 points in the last half-hour of top flight matches this season - more than any other club.
7. One of two clubs not to have lost a top flight match from a winning position. Manchester City is the other.
8. One of two clubs to hold an unbeaten record from Premiership matches in which the opening goal was scored - won 13 and drawn one of 14. Manchester City have won 11 and drawn one of the 12 matches in which they've taken the lead.
9. Awarded and converted more penalties than any other club in the Premiership this season. Eight of the nine spot kicks given have been made to count.
10. Been 'doubled' only once this season, by West Ham.

Of course, losing Dein doesn't make the list, since it's rumored Wenger and Henry will follow him. However, latest rumor is that the Arsenal Chairman is agreeing to at least talk to the American investors....I suspect that the deal will eventually go through and Dein will return. Just thought I'd cheer you up, OG.
