MK Dons 2-0 Bristol Rovers MK Dons skipper Clive Platt netted his second goal of the season as his side made it three wins from four matches. Rovers dominated the early stages and Lewis Haldane was denied by Dons' keeper Adolfo Baines from close range.
But Lloyd Dyer's 30-yard free-kick put the Dons in front against the run of play, as the ball flew into the top corner of Steve Phillips' goal.
Platt sealed the win on the hour as he headed into an empty net after Phillips had parried Gary Smith's angled drive.
