Jepson shrugs off striker problem Gillingham manager Ronnie Jepson is refusing to blame his problems in signing a striker for his team's poor start to the season. The Gills won their first game of the season but have since lost three games and scored twice in the process.
"We had a knockback on Thursday," said Jepson. "The player was set to come but the club had an injury in training to another forward.
"That was put on hold. But I won't use that as an excuse."
