This should see more OUTs than INs but heres a few...
John Filan is in talks with Forest, the keeper had a loan spell at Forest (in which he didnt play a game) 10 yrs ago and Wigan are chasing Kirkland on a season long loan. [Daily Mail]
According to a local Carlisle paper we are challenging them for Peterborough captain Dean Holden, preferred position Right back but can play anywhere in defence.
Crewe defender Jon Otsemobor is target for both Norwich and Preston [skysports]. Earlier in the summer Nicky Eaden was talked about as a replacement should Crewe loose their right back.

Filan would be good, but would what are our chances? We need to sort the keeper situation out, not sold on Pedersen really.

Filan would be good, but would what are our chances? We need to sort the keeper situation out, not sold on Pedersen really. Not sure on what the chances would be as they have a shortlist of 5 keepers to target. However if he did join he would be 5yrs older than our goalkeeping coach, whos 32

Aston Villa will reportedly allow Peter Whittingham to leave the club, with Nottingham Forest leading the chase.
Whittingham has struggled to establish himself under David O'Leary at Villa Park and made just four appearances last season.
Reports suggest O'Leary will sanction the 21-year-old's exit for a fee of £500,000 which has alerted three clubs.
Forest are purportedly prepared to put down an initial £300,000 for the winger, with the remainder made up in appearances.
But Whittingham is understood to be reluctant to drop down to League One and that could lead to offers from Sunderland and Wolves.
Both Championship clubs are thought to be watching Whittingham's situation, but the lack of a manager at either side means any interest is on hold.
Also alot of youth arrivals including an England U17 international, a republic of Ireland U17 international and an algerian U18 international!

Been told [dont believe newspapers they have been all wrong so far!] we are in talks with a club about a creative midfielder no mentions of any players names or club names yet, will try and find out. Rull out Whittingham as Aston Villa wont be selling or buying anyone till their Ownership and Manager issue gets sorted.
