Fair play I say, certainly seems to have been worth their while to go into receivership and lose 10 pts.
Knill exploits earn manager award Rotherham boss Alan Knill has claimed the League One manager of the month award for October. Knill led the Millers to four wins on the trot and won the award ahead of Nottingham Forest's Colin Calderwood and Blackpool's Simon Grayson.
Brian Laws of Scunthorpe United was also in contention.
But Knill earned the award as Rotherham moved out of the relegation places despite a 10-point penalty for entering administration last season.

Best of luck to the Millers!
My only reservation is that they held on and went into administation after 31/05/06 thus not incurring the -10pts last season and therefore relegation.
