Just got offered a new contract! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) I'll be promoted from Apprentice to Junior and given a 2k increase backdated to November, with the potential for my company to pay for me to go on further training courses and performance-related pay increases - which isn't too bad an offer, methinks. Only downside is I'll only be on £15k, which is less than I'd hoped - still works out at an extra £150 a month after tax though!

Getting by on 15k is definetely possible, so as long as the end goal is worth while congrats!
