Do you bother? Enjoy it or not? Special preferences? Skinflint or extravagant?
Personally, I like doing a kind of 'russian roulette' approach - each year, one present in each household I'm buying for gets about five layers of wrapping, each getting harder to undo. It's stupid and mindless, but it's a bit of fun on the day - especially when said household knows someone's gonna get it each year! ;D

I enjoy it if I'm in the right mood - a christmassy CD playing to sing along to works well! "I'm~ dreaming~ *snip* Of a white- bastard! -christmas~"

It all starts off with good intentions, lots of lovely curly ribbon and a few bows but by about the 5th present it's all gone wrong and the novelty has worn off

Yep I do, it's all part of the giving. Watching the recipient un-wrapping the parcel and then seeing their facial expression when they see what they've got I like it because you see if you've bought them the right thing or not, or if they're a good blagger............

I sat on my bed and wrapped presents. I got into it because I was bored Plus it was interesting seeing such a variety of wrapping paper

I hate wrapping presents. It's a woman's thing to be so neat, tidy and precise.
