Half time Liverpool 0 v 0 Macabi Haifa Half Time Report from LFC.TVWith a 2-1 aggregate lead, Liverpool have one foot in the lucrative group phase of the Champions League following a goalless first half in the 3rd qualifying round 2nd leg tie against Maccabi Haifa. Luis Garcia has twice forced the Haifa goalkeeper into action, while Peter Crouch and Xabi Alonso have also gone close to extending the advantage. Haifa did manage to put get the ball in the back of the net but Masudi's close-range header was disallowed for offside in the 21st minute. The one sour note for Liverpool has been the injury sustained by Stephen Warnock, who was replaced by Fabio Aurelio after 28 minutes.
