As the YouTube function is up and running, who about suggesting the most unbearable horror movie scenes, not necessarily the shocking, just the hardest to watch.
I'd have to mention the 8 minute torture in Audition for starters; almost impossible for anyone to watch without feeling the need to turn away, and as for toe curling....don't even bother trying to resist!!
