Those bastards make our lives hell often enough; they deserve a thread bad-mouthing them 
In the particular instance that inspired this thread, I now have a whole day's worth of paperwork to do to make up for a fuck-up in senior management, rather than getting on with a task that needed doing for a meeting today. I can't get on with said task, because various systems in place won't let me until this paperwork is done. The fact that said fuck up originally occured several weeks ago and has been pushed aside and ignored by those responsible doesn't exactly help temper my annoyance.
