Takes me back to the good old 1980's when you simply HAD to see anything and everything that had been banned by the Video Recordings Act. Ah! Happy Days.

What about The Simpsons Movie? ;D
It looks cool, a little too cool, I think it's too slick and too cinamatic to be real like Horror movies should be. It just doesn't look believeable and if you don't believe it you can't be scared. I prefer more realistic films unless they're not suposed to be.
It looks good, I want to see, I just think it's too slick and too polished by the looks of it.

Evening Lucas. To be fair, the films (they are being released as a double bill, complete with fabricated trailers!) are not meant to be taken as serious horror/action flicks. They're being made as a homage to the 'trash' movies of the late 70's and early 80's, that were so terrifically successful with teens at the US drive-in theaters, and over here on video. Excess was the reason for their success!! As for the sig Lucas. The guy in the middle is David Lynch (who along with Tarantino), is my favourite director of the present day. The girl in the b&w photo is Cybill Shepherd (she was also in Taxi Driver, and TV show Moonnlighting), and is taken from 'The Last Picture Show'. Never has an actress looked as beautiful as she did in that film IMO, and for the record, the film is fantastic too!
