Which seasonings do you guys find work best with it? I've been trying to get my chicken pasta absolutely spot on, but I can't help but think there's one final bit missing.
At the moment, I'm using paprika, basil, garlic and salt - any suggestions for what else might work?

I always coat mine in chilli, garlic and lemon for a few hours and then cook it up. Probably not the answer you were looking for as I am not sure it is the required for a pasta dish but hey ho.

Just practise with different marinades Neko. As Arnie said, lemon is a good one.
I have tried all sorts and they all taste alright once cooked.

Well, the dish I do is broccolli, chicken and pasta in a chicken sauce, so marinades don't really lend themselves to it. I'll experiment with those in other dishes anyway though ;D

Lemon goes well with pasta and salad type dishes. It aint overpowering and lends a nice flavour.
What did i sound like just then?

Had grits whilst in America, quite similar to porridge. Why they serve it on the same plate and your sausages god only knows!
I didn't try it again..................
