I made some beef meatballs and added some garlic, a touch of chilli and some mixed herbs. I then made a simple red wine and onion gravy and had them with some rice I cooked up with mushrooms.

I have been marinating some cubed lamb in yoghurt and spices since yesterday and will skewer with some onions and red peppers and grill. I am having a small side salad and some coriander infused rice with it

Well you got to give your food sex appeal...makes it all the more appetising. Sadly I need to go shopping but I'm only cooking for 1 so can't be arsed now. Choices tonight range from an Omelette to Heinz Spaghetti and Sausages in a tin. I think a takeaway is on the cards.

I succumbed to a Chinese Takeaway of crispy battered Prawns embedded on soft Egg Fried Rice drizzled with a sumptuous sweet and sour sauce.
I felt great afterwards.
