recently on the saints forum, there has been much debate about wearing the 'replica shirt' to fooball matches. some say - you should wear your replica shirt, it looks better, shows support and you should be proud. however others say - i prefer wearing casual clothes, as i like to feel comfortable, wearing a replica shirt doesnt make a real fan.
what are your views on wearing your teams shirt to games?

i always wear my shirt cause it just sort of seems rite.......plus the fact i wont normally leave my house wearing a football shirt if im doing anything that doesnt involve football so it would be a waste if i didnt wear them to matches either.... but personally wear what the hell you like

Haven't worn a football shirt to Millwall for a couple of years now. Don't really feel need - Don't. Actually, at Millwall you don't really see many people wearing replica shirts (apart from young kids). People can automatically tell i'm a Millwall fan without me having to wear a replica top due to the fact that I look really scary

Ever since the I have never worn any Millwall logo to an away match. (apart from games like the cup final but that don't really count)

I tend to always wear my Ipswich shirt, since it's one of the only pieces of clothing I own...

Wear whatever the hell you like. As long as it's not the opposition's shirt, what's the problem?

When I used to go to Elland Road when I had the time I used to wear a Leeds shirt it just felt right and improved the atmo or something (and it stopped me from getting stabbed ) but other games like going to Cheltenham I just wear what ever I drag out the wardrobe.
