Good day for me as food goes ;D Tuna and rice seasoned with soy sauce for lunch, and I've got steak waiting for me when I get home too - just have to decide whether I want to grill, shallow fry or stir-fry it! How about the rest of you?

Pork in a curry, Spozz? Must say I've never been much of a fan of that; always seems somehow wrong to my pallet... That said, if it floats your boat you do it! Sounds good Ninj! I'm definitely leaning towards stir-frying my steak, I think - I wanna try something different with the seasoning though; anyone got any suggestions?

Works nicely with a 'Seeds of change' sauce-from-the-jar Tis either that or just fry it with some veg and rice.
