Newcastle have confirmed caretaker boss Glenn Roeder as full-time manager on a two-year contract. Roeder, 50, took the Magpies from the bottom half of the Premiership to seventh after the sacking of Graeme Souness in February. Former captain Alan Shearer has also been handed the role of sporting ambassador in the new regime. news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/newcastle_united/4770157.stm Hardly a big name is he?

Yet again the rules are manipulated to let a manager with-out the Pro-Licence to manage in the prem.
Get your finger out Roeder and go and do the fucking thing.
Even one of his back-room staff has it.
