Tbh Grant's job is a bit easier especially with Mourinho being the one he's replaced.
Mourinho knew which formations starting line-ups etc would get the most out of the squad he had assembled at Stamford Bridge.
So Grant has the blue-print, yet we will see his true colours when it comes to the transfer market will he be able to incorporate players that weren't there when Mourinho was in charge.
And who will he sell. Which players will express wanting to leave?
RA might as well declare himself as Manager, if Grant is merely the puppet on the leash as it would seem.
