Get well soon fella, that was a pretty sickening incident. I got to admit, for a minuite there i thought the worse but touch wood, he'll be ok.

yeah he got propper mullered didnt he....... any news on his current state at all? No idea mate, i think they said that he was coming to a bit on the way to the hospital but i guess they'll no more a bit later. I wouldn't even like to contemplate had the worst case scanario happened tbh.

He was conscious when they carried him off, they reckon it's concussion..

me either SG. I agree with Lee, really did think the worst. Poor chap ! I couldn't believe how his head hit the deck after the kick and to see so many players reacting so wildly to the sidelines for help was awful.

How sensible was he to go out on the town after all that?? Yep thats the thing to do - sorry but that was plain daft!!!!
Sickening photos though, but thank goodness for the Arsenal physio, mind you some of the players were trying to help him, but they kept pushing each other out of the way, maybe players should be given basic 1st aid training for these situations???
