Applications are welcome for an individual or a group of people to occupy and maintain a well frequented corridor for up to one week.
The corridor has a very special ambience largely generated by its subdued lighting and unusual essence. It is decorated in a minimalist style, complete with sofa and personalised wine rack, a mirror and one or two other installations left by its many generous visitors.
The corridor will require a live-in manager or team of managers whilst the incumbent proprietor, PASTIE, moves house. Over the next few days he will be gradually packing away PASTIE mansions and at some point that will involve the closure of his PC. There will no doubt be a transition period whilst PASTIE maintains limited internet access, but certainly from Monday until at least next Thursday all internet activity will be temporarily suspended. It is hoped that Telewest will have their act together sufficiently to reconnect the original Prowler on that date, but there are no guarantees.
The successful applicant can expect to occupy the corridor rent free, with the added bonus of being able to collect as many of the toppled ten pence pieces on the floor as they can find.
Prospective applicants for this temporary position are invited to post their Curriculum Vitae on this thread.
Thank you for your interest.

Well, my first reaction would be to say that all of the prowlers keep the corridors intact until your hotly anticipated arrival.
I imagine that it'd be tough for one individual to live up to the orginal Prowler's standards within the said corridor.
Others may have differing feelings though.
Whatever happens, I still expect my beer to be cold.
