Rovers reject Forest Agogo offer Bristol Rovers have turned down a bid from Nottingham Forest for their star striker Junior Agogo. Speaking to BBC Radio Bristol, chief executive Bill Smith confirmed Forest had "some way to go" in meeting Rovers' valuation of the 27-year-old.
"I'm confident he'll stay with Rovers unless I get an offer which I think is a really good offer," Smith said.
"If that happens, that money would enable us to replace him with at least as good or better player."
Rovers first-team coach Paul Trollope confirmed Forest's interest in the Ghana international after Rovers' 1-0 win over Grimsby on Saturday.
