Should be 10 - that's the standard I think. Living where I do I know quite a few peeps who won't be too happy to be hearing this story!

All these stadiums are killing clubs. Highfield Rd was fine for them. They should have spent the money on the team.

Elm Park **drifts off in daydream** THEY KILLED ELM PARK!!!!!! ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHH Aye, we all like a nice open terrace... Did they kill it, or did they simply "offer a delightful selection of 1-or-2-bed luxury apartments with managed garden space and easy access to both motorways and mainline rail services" ;D

Now there are poncy flats and town houses with good links to local amenities, Reading West Train station and routes to Junction 12 of the M4 motorway. Viewings highly recommended.

So much for RBC Yes I suspected as much... prime development land, was the same with the Dell, and indeed the Manor Ground, and Highbury (but probably not so much NP!)

Well Elm Park is only about 1.5 miles from the city centre. And the city center is spreading out so the distance becomes less all the time.
