Hello. Errm, after QPR i wrote us off to be honest. We played so poorly. I've always been looking for a chance to write us off to be honest, everything just seems too good to be true! But if we can beat Sheffield United, and Crystal Palace, i bet that should be enough to take us up to be honest. It sounds greedy, but i want us to go up as Champions. Both our promotions from Division 3 and League 1 were as runners up. So it would be nice to at least have once as Champions.

Ah there he is Alright mate! Yeah, I can see where your coming from with the whole too good to be true thing there... but you're still up there, challenging and putting the performances in, which is a sign of a team that doesn't crumble under pressure - plenty of teams in this league this season have been doing that, mine included. Out of a pack of teams pushing for promotion, yours seems to be pretty much the only one who's maintained a steady stream of performances matched with results recently. You've been the surprise package this season as we all know, and if you do go up I think it's fair to say that you wholly deserve to. What do you think your chances of staying up would be? Lol that does sound a little greedy there Al, but not impossible by any stretch of the imagination... We can still end up as champions too, but theres no way in hell we'd deserve to, not after the way we fell apart since Christmas. Wonder if old Dean Windass will still be playing next season?

Yep, as the season has gone on we've quietely gradually climbed the table. Which i think has helped the team, as there has never been any pressure, as no-one thought we could do it. It's a choice between doing a Reading or doing a Derby to be honest. I'd like to think we can do a Reading, and Coppell has backed us to do so, however it's all too easy to fall into a similar rut as to that which Derby are in. Of course i'd happily take runner-up again, but being Champions would be nice. How have your performances been this season mate? You were pretty dire at our place truth be told. Windass still has another year to run on his contract so it's a distinct possibility we could see him back in the Premiership just one more time!

He won't be playing from the start anyway. It's more likely to be Folan and Campbell up front, and CF and FC will piss all over Morgan!

True enough mate, having no pressure on the team has helped you guys no end! Yeah you could go either way to be fair - not sure what sort of financial backing you have, so not sure how you'd go about adding to the depth in the squad. Like you say you could do a Derby though, theres a very thin line between success & failure sometimes! Mate, you are being very kind by describing that 'performance' as 'dire'. Like I said on here at the time - I didn't goto that game, but from the reports back from mates who did - we were pure shit. No passion, belief, no nothing. Not what we've come to expect from Aidy's teams. It's been a bit of a weird season for us... got off to a flyer, only the display away at Leicester was a down point. At one stage we were 8/9 points clear I think. Then since that defeat at home to Albion...it's been downhill all the way. If we didn't have such a good start - we'd be fighting relegation no doubt. It's been an overused phrase this season but it's a true one - It's like no one wants to win the league, every time a team builds up a head of steam they collapse and seem like they're shitting it. Makes it exciting sure, but nervous for us fans. Haha, would be a good send off season for him if you could do it, thats for sure.
