Don't know if this will interest you, Mr. Alex, but my mum supports Hull (booo ) and she went to the Northern Ireland game last week cos her company had some involvement in it so she got free tickets. Anyway..she was mingling with the players and she's quite good friends with Mr. Elliott and she asked him why he wasn't in the squad in the last game. His reply was " Cos i'm not in the manager's favour anymore"

He's shite now in all honesty. He has not been interested since he broke his cheekbone a season and a half ago. Since then, he hasn't challenged, he hasn't run around, and well, just hasn't been interested. The longer he stays out the side the better, our right winger Francey is doing better there than Elliott has been.

I'm grateful for the 27 he got from the left wing 2 seasons ago, but he just isn't up to scratch at this level

Immense is an understatement. Whatever he touched, it turned to gold. He couldn't do anything wrong, any shot on target and it was a goal. But then he broke his cheekbone against Huddersfield (f*cking Efe Sodje ) and since then, he just hasn't been the same player Ahh well, we have Mark Yeates on loan from Spurs, hopefully he will be alright
